Its strategic placement and fully glazed walls on three sides provide unimpeded panoramic sight lines for reception staff to monitor all approach routes, unit corridors, and the waiting area, ensuring security and enabling immediate guest service.

• Integrated Waiting Area: Adjacent to the reception desk, a simple yet comfortable waiting space is provided for guests, seamlessly connected to the main circulation flow.

Architectural Character & Materiality:

• The building is enveloped in a palette of warm, earthy colors to create a welcoming and calming atmosphere.

• Structural piers and key foundational elements are clad in classic, textured stonework, providing a sense of permanence, strength, and rustic elegance, this is the "hearthstone" aesthetic.

• Functional and integrated landscape elements include robust, cast-in-place concrete benches for resting, strategically placed to encourage pause and social interaction, and dedicated ledges or in-ground planters for flower pot placement, softening the built environment and connecting it to nature.
