Concept Statement:

This compact residential development is designed as a three-unit dwelling that maximizes efficiency, privacy, and comfort within an 18x15 meter site. 

The concept harmonizes shared living with personal space, tailored for urban or Peri-urban settings where land optimization and climatic responsiveness are key.

Units One and Two are mirror-image semi-autonomous units, each comprising a well-lit living room, a dining area, a kitchenette, a shared washroom, and one bedroom equipped with a built-in wardrobe. Both units extend into private outdoor sheds for added utility. 

Unit Three is an independent self-contained studio with its own kitchenette, washroom, wardrobe, and shed, offering flexibility for rental, guest accommodation, or extended family.

Recessed openings strategically protect interiors from direct sunlight, reducing solar gain while enhancing privacy. Flower beds soften the built environment and enhance the micro climate, while two designated parking spaces ensure convenience without compromising green or functional spaces.

The design emphasizes spatial efficiency, climatic sensitivity, and lifestyle adaptability creating a modest yet holistic housing solution that meets contemporary urban dwelling needs.
