CONCEPT STATEMENT.

This project is a multi-functional facility that integrates both a church and residential units. The church building is designed with a mezzanine structure for the ground and first floors.

The ground floor includes essential facilities such as a reception, changing rooms,stairway and prayer

The first floor provides additional space for church activities, while the second floor features a dedicated prayer hall for children, along with offices for administration, kitchenette, board room

In addition to the church, the project includes self-contained residential units on the upper floors, a modern kitchen, store, and an outdoor dining area for a comfortable living experience.

External washrooms for males, females, and persons with disabilities are thoughtfully incorporated.

The development also offers ample parking space, ensuring convenience for both residents and visitors.

A gatehouse is positioned at the entrance to provide security and manage access to the premises.
